The Umoja Jazz Dinner & Dance will be taking place on Friday, May 9, 2008 at The Charles, located at 308 East Main Street. The First Annual Downtown Johnson City Garden & Patio Street Fair will take place on Saturday, May 24, 2008. East Main Street will be closed from Buffalo Street to Colonial Way and the sidewalks will be lined with everything a homeowner and business needs to beautify their environment.The JCDA is inviting master gardeners, landscape designers, farmers, patio furnishings and garden centers to participate and make Main Street a beautiful "garden path". If you are a vendor who would like to participate in the Garden & Patio Street Fair, please see the Vendor Application.
